Ginger
Ginger smells sharp and spicy. Ginger has a top note, which evaporates quickly. This scent enhances the senses and the ability to remember things. It can also free the mind of worry
Rose
Rose is extremely fragrant. It has a middle to base note. The scent of rose helps to calm feelings of rage and sadness, and it alleviates nervousness. Steaming this flower's petals draws out its essential oil. The essential oil of rose should not be used by anyone expecting a child.
Concentration Fragrances
Rosemary and peppermint each produce a strong aroma that can be helpful in enhancing concentration diminished by exhaustion. Like peppermint, lemon is an essential oil that gives off a strong aroma. The sweet, licorice-like aroma of basil may also aid in improving poor memory and concentration caused by fatigue and exhaustion. Cypress has a woody, evergreen fragrance that is not quite as strong as some of the other essential oils, but can help increase concentration just the same.
